Western Dental Services review: Bad service / unprofessional

I have been a patient of this office for several years now and every single time I have to wait over an hour in the waiting area lobby. In numerous occasions including today I get there and there is missing information on my charts, or they made errors on my patient records and the appointments are not found or lien today the procedure could not be performed due to the dates. In other words today’s issue was that my appointment shouldn’t been made because 3 months were not passed and therefore the insurance would not cover for the regular cleaning. I wanted for 59 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t do the cleaning. The office staff is not friendly , the office manager is the worst and she is never to be seen . The office in north park western dental is a complete joke. The location is dirty and maybe it was dirtier because I was there around 3-4 pm and m always there earlier but still the location was just in bad shape
