Western Dental Services review: Appointments

Experienced 4 appointment cancellation by western dental on the day of service. receptionist blame it on the lab which is more incompetence of office communication to inform client a day or few days before appointment. The Whittier office have only 1 dentist and he handles multiple patients and as it happens before my 11.30 appointment ends almost at 2 pm. Appointment can be switched without client knowledge by the office.
