THis company pushes you into paperless billing and then makes changes to the account permeters on the paper statements and claims that that is enouhgh notification to its clients to raise fees , required balance or any other terms thay choose to modify. THis is very deceptive way to sneak in fee increases and should be looked into by the regulatory bodies. I did get hte fee reversed - appearently a move of funds from a wells buiness account to a personal account does not meet there requireemts for a transafer of funds '/ direct deposit any longer. A personal and business account was what the wells fargo people recommneded - and it worked without fees. THis has changes as of 2/28 - I have closed my account - wells deception is back momnets as they cleared their previous underhanded account opening and fee regulatory issues. Poor judgements by Sr management AGAIN.
Desired outcome: CPFB should look into this and stop the nonsense with bank fees and define a communication process to change terms for the checking and saving accounts.
