Ramada review: recent stay

We booked two rooms for a one night stay When we arrived yesterday the receptionist tried to charge us £20 more than the booking paperwork we had with us and was reluctant to give us the £138 even though we had proof it was the amount we booked at and had proof.
Room 203 when i went to have a bath in the morning there was no bath plug, when we wanted to watch the morning news there was no remote(we had not used the room during our check in until early hours next day when we just went straight to our room to sleep)
Room 220 the air con was broken i had a 6mth old baby to look after and the room temperature was rising even with the window open. I rang down to reception and a fan was bought to the room but air con should have been working, we also asked for a cot but was told none were available.
None of this we expected from a Ramada Hotel. The rooms were booked under the name Humphreys/Garvin.
