I am handicapped, Its all I can muster to walk from my truck, with the help of a cane or leaning on a cart, to get to the door to an electric scooter to do my shopping. Yesterday I went to the Walmart store in West Plains, MO and when I got in the door I asked for a cart, the attendant at the door pointed to the middle of the front of the store, "they are all kept there now you will have to go and get one" . WHAT? I cant walk as it is and now you want me to walk to the center of the damn store to get a cart. You people are crazy. After I did my shopping I sat there and watched the elderly and the handicapped struggle to get the carts back in there and plugged back up like they told them to do. A regular shopper doesnt have to go to a special place to get a cart to shop in, nor do they have to walk to get one .. no they are given one with a smile when they walk in the door. I certainly hope every Walmart is not doing this! I will not shop at West Plains Walmart anymore. Thats ridiculous!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
As a former CSR at Walmart I have written up several cashiers for being rude. When the cashiers are hired they are told and trained to be polite and smile. I would tell them think of your mother or someone else and treat the customers as you would treat them.

All you people who complain about Walmart. Email your complains to BBB at bbb.com. I see thousands of complains in sites that Walmart could not care less about and one complain to BBB WILL be answered. Regardless on how big the company is, ther credit rating in bbb effects their credibility. Hit this small business killer where it hurts.
Their credit rating is A+ and this is the same company that used the slogan " We buy American, We sell American" for years. Remember that?

Most of you so called disabled are just Fat ###s. Being fat and collecting disability and using the tax payers money once a month is a moocher not a customer. Get a sit down job. If you can talk and walk into a store to get your free ride, GET A JOB. FAT ###!

Additionally, those scooters can be INCREDIBLY expensive, and the way customers treat them makes me surprised when they run for longer than a week. Maybe they were getting excess damage or theft at the front?
