Hanes cotton briefs
I always buy Walmart undergarments. I don't know if Hanes is a supplier or part of the walmart company. Either way the person responsible for quality control isn't doing their job
The quality and sizing has plummeted Yesterday
I purchased [protected] H400X RN15763 2XL
The thickness of the cotton has been cut in half
The elastic band is 1/2 the width with less elasticity
And I defy any 2 XL lady to try on said underwear and it come above her waist, that is advertised on the package.
Desired outcome: Someone to compare product sizing a quality
Walmart's lack of concern for older and/or handicapped customers.

First I understand that you are a super power corporation and my mere purchases are not a pimple on your bottom line, but some of your practices make me question your concerns for customers. Your founder, Sam Walton, made customer service, ethics, and good faith a part of corporate policy. I understand that to compete in business some policies must be modified or changed, but since Mr. Walton's passing there has been a major reconstruct and transformation in the corporate policy. Maybe it's the times, the fundamentals of business, or the reliance on computer models, but many management decisions have effected your customer service for the worst.
I am not talking about big things, but some simple features that impact on everyday shopping. I am conscious the excuses being given for disruptions like new government policies, the covid pandemic, logistics, supplies, and money issues, but that should not effect the basic concept of service.
I am a 78 year old semi-handicapped retiree living on a fixed income. I have shopped at Walmart for over forty years, and I have for the most part chosen Walmart as my go to store for near 90% of everything I purchase. I buy my groceries, my clothing, my household items, and most of my electronics there. Because of your many locations, there is always a store near.
The meat of the matter is that there are a few incidentals that have annoyed and vexed my patient:
1. You have removed the benches that you had for your customer to take a brake. I am old and need to sit occasionally or I have to cut short my shopping.
2. You have a limited selection of sugar free items for diabetics, and those you have are candies and snacks, not real food.
3. You have eliminated too many items from your shelves. Is it because they don't sell, or could it be they don't sell because they are not on the shelves.
4. You have limited the number casher's available checkout leaving older customers to either do their own checking and bagging or stand in line for a lengthy time waiting for help.
5. Like most businesses these days store management is free with platitudes and patronizing answers but nothing is really done.
I am venting my exasperations and disappointments, fully expecting you to be free with platitudes and patronizing answers but nothing will really be done. IS ANYONE REALLY THERE ? DOES ANYBODY REALLY CARE?

Praise the LORD! Well done Marine, I salute your broad assessment & roger on every word you wrote. Yes platitudes are generously applied when WM falls short of expected service.
I do have to give WM credit for one thing. If an item you have carted is out of stock, they will often upgrade that item to bigger volume for same price of one out of stock. That practice is very generous and I have benefited from that habit of WM's many times.
When you don't have a car to grocery shop for family, WM offering delivery is a heaven-sent balm. When you add the best price-point of any name brand grocer to this mix, it's maddening that your transport drivers aren't up to task.
We have asked for driver to enter patio gate w/order which includes 3 cases of bottled water (twice a month), because my groom of 41 yrs is in wheelchair & I have arthritic joints, PLUS it's FEWER STEPS for driver! No one reads the special instructions and THAT should change!
Refund
I had an order delivered today missing many items and 3 broken items tried calling Walmart but obviously too much for someone to ask the care tried to start a case online to reach out to them but website won't let me I guess I'm Fuked stupid delivery person won't answer phone cause I figured they forgot to give it to me or just kept them very pissed off called corporate but no response yet still waiting I'm sure no response from either but waiting

I went into the Somersworth, NH. store and there was no cash registers open for cash. I am disabled and the worker said I would have to walk down to the home goods to cash out. Technical support
I cannot get into my account. I went to place a grocery pickup order when my account tells me I need to change my password. Following the instructions, I must wait for a code to come to my email and place the code in a box then change my password. I did not receive the code so pressed that it wasn't received and it said it was sent. Never received. I checked email and span. Nothing. I contacted Walmart customer service. Useless. I have tried to get into the account for days now, contacted walmart by phone and by chat. No one can help and no one will refer me to technical services. I went to the store and got groceries and went to check out with my walmart card and it won't work because of the account problem. Luckily, I had another credit card with me. How can I get this resolved? I asked one about closing my account and opening a new one. They said I'd have to change my email address and phone number because I could not open a new account with my present information. This is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to get into my account. All I need is for a technician to call, give me a code that will work.
Great value barbeque chips
I buy an abundance of these chips by the box of 10.. But my complaint is that the flavor is very inconsistent. Sometimes I will buy a box, and I choose carefully of the expiry day, because if they have flavor, then I will go and buy another box with the same expiry date. But "Often" times the chips are almost flavorless. I have returned and been refunded...

Driver left all groceries at front fence where anyone who walked by could grab them. I am blind and when my aid came he said you have melted ice cream, hot milk and meat at your gate, I asked for a doorbell ring and all other delivries from insta cart have always been on my porch. So I lost icecreak some meat and milk may have to go, not sure yet. Very disturbing as being I am at the mercy of instacart and Amazon. I was really hoping for better from Walmart :(

Racial profiling
I ran to Walmart after work to grab a Money order and needed to send it out my FedEx by 7:30. Vicki decided that she didn't want to sell me a money order but wouldn't give me a reason on why. So I brought my friend in who is White to buy one and they (Curt and Vicki) looked at me and was like, you can't just bring anybody in here to buy you a money order bc we wouldn't sell it to you. Then told him she wasn't selling it to him bc it was for me. Then gave me a number to call for money gram. I called them, Walmart customer service, AND their ethics dept. Then was told by Tina in Walmart this morning that her employees can deny anybody service if they think it's "suspicious activity." I guess being Black, buying a money order in Walmart over $1000 is suspicious bc I guess Black people don't have that kind of money unless they doing something illegal!
Your friend is white, they were also not allowed to get the money order, how is this racial profiling. This has nothing with you being black. Maybe you are the one that finds your own people suspicious? Now if your friend went by himself and they allowed him the money order then maybe you can claim racism profiling Making false claims about a company is also illegal. Helium filled balloons
I had 14 balloons that Wal-Mart inflated with helium around 5 pm. [protected]) My granddaughter's party began at 12 pm today [protected]) and all the balloons are on the floor. This was a huge inconvenience trying to tape the balloons and savage what we could. I called Wal-Mart about a refund and was told it will not be refunded and that the helium don't last long and sometimes it goes out the same day. That is not tried because I've dealt with many types of helium balloons. I want my refund of $7 plus tax. Fraudulent purchases
I recieved an email informing me that a purchase had been made using gift cards to buy gift cards. I had not been on walmart.com in weeks and dont own a playstation or know anyone who does. There was no confirmation asked, no way to return the unused cards and no helpful information of any kind they could provide as to how it happened so I could avoid repeat incidents.

I just was released from the hospital due to a heart problem and torn meniscus. I came to Walmart on 8180 S. Tryon to get my medication and some groceries because I live alone, only to be told they have ONE cart for the entire store! I have been treying for days to get customer service and a department at Walmart, Mohegan Lake, NY. No one answers the phone and when picked up they hang up. I also went to the store to see whay and they said there cust. service number goes into a changing room. What is with this. Great Value use to have the BEST chips on the market, the BBQ ones were awesome, then you went with a different company and the chips are terrible, they are stale when you buy them, the flavors are terrible, they leave an after taste . One very disappointed customer here ! You went from having the best product to the having the worst! I am not alone several of my friends and family have also stopped purchasing them as well.

Yesterday, July 5th 2021, (a non USPS delivery day) I ordered two 44 lb bags of cat food and 3 packs of paper bowls via online from the Boaz, AL store. I was amazed that Walmart delivered to my home the same day. However, the man who delivered these items only delivered the cat food at first. He scanned it twice, then my husband's son took both bags and put them on my front porch... I took them into the house and began dumping one bag into a container I keep in my kitchen. I had barely filled the small container when my large watch dog started going nuts and barking at something at the front door. It was the same delivery guy wanting to scan the two 44 lb bags again. I dragged them back to the door so he could scan them all while trying to keep my 90 lb dog from getting to this man. I, no sooner thought I was done with this delivery man and he, came back to the door and said he needed to scan yet once more. After this third scan of the bags, I locked my front storm door and closed the inside door. Not two minutes went by before he came back to my door, knocking on the storm door and calling out my name. Of course, once again, my dog is going nuts and trying to get to this guy. I opened the inside door and there was the same delivery guy... This time holding up a bag containing the paper bowls I had also ordered. I watched him take a picture of the label on the bag, and then he handed it to me. Again I closed and locked the storm door and started to close the inside door when he started hollering my name and saying he needed to take a picture of the bag again. He then told me to hold up the bag so he could take a picture of me holding the bag. By now, I was so frustrated about this whole fiasco... All while trying to contain my dog... He finally left. I want to tell you here that I was alone in the house during this time (other than the dog) which is why I didn't put the dog in my bedroom when he came to my door the first time. I usually put him in there and close the door so I don't have to deal with all the barking and jumping at the door. My husband was way behind the house with his son working on something, which left me alone to deal with this delivery. I truly didn't appreciate this delivery guy hanging around my front porch asking to scan and rescan the three items he was delivering to me, all while asking me about my dog and how he understood why I had a dog like that... How great a watch dog he was. It made me very uncomfortable.
Oddly enough, none of what I have thus far conveyed to you is the reason for this complaint. While I was not happy with what this man put me through, it's because of what happened next that I am writing you. Later on yesterday evening, I received an email from Walmart informing me that 4 bags of dog treats that I had also ordered had been delivered to me also. And with this notification was a picture of a bag place in my mailbox. It filled my mailbox, which means had I not seen this email when I did, I might not have known it was in there and I would not have had my mail delivered the next day. And may I add here that it is considered a federal offense to place anything that has not got USPS postage on it in my mailbox.
According to the USPS, "The U.S. Postal Service would like to warn people that only authorized U.S. Postal Service delivery personnel are allowed to place items in a mailbox. By law, a mailbox is intended only for receipt of postage-paid U.S. Mail." This is a federal law!

Electric Cart/ Handicap Cart Rules & Map
I would like to know where the Rules are posted regarding use of electric carts? Along with the Map/Area outside and inside that carts can be driven and used.
Case in point:
I I have looked at where the carts are parked at front of store and I have never seen a sign or notice that states that the use of this cart can only be either: Inside, Inside and Outside Etc. I have been told that the courts are not allowed to leave the Walmart store however handicapped individuals need the carts to use from the parking lot to the store. I want to know what the rules are and where are they located for the general public to know that they can either use the card only in the store or use the card inside and outside of the store and if the use of set cart is outside does it only cover their parking lot or the parking lot that covers all stores that Walmart sits on.
