nasty food also poor service lack of communication

The cook/ asst manager tonight did not get our order right. She mixed the order up amongst our 3 plates.
Our bacon was burned. Only one piece of ham on the chunked hash browns. The toast was white and we ordered wheat. We did not get a biscuit it looked & tasted like a English muffin. Before coming to our table, she spoke very poorly to us and other customers of our waitress Marshan. Putting her down and raising her voice at her.
Our waitress Marshan was Wonderful! She had 4 tables sit down at One time.

They need to fire this guy. Walked in sit at the bar. He tried to have us move to a booth. Then 25mins later asked us what we wanted to drink. Then another 10mins before he took our order. Still no drinks. Finally got our food and drinks. Had to wait 10 mins to get his attention so we could get silverware and had to ask 3 times for straws. There was only my wife and I and our daughter and 4 other people in the restaurant. All he did and sit around and run his mouth about how he doesn't know where anything is or what was going on. I came to this Waffle House Sept 27 and Sept 28 during the second shift. The cook both nights was named Jordan. Both nights I wanted grilled biscuit with sausage gravy. The sausage gravy was too watery and the cook did not make any fresh sausage gravy. I want something done about this cook. I'm a regular customer at this Waffle House. I go there several times a month. I am very disappointed at this particular cook.

Made a late night to go order (3am). I work 3rd shift and this was my lunch break. Spent $26 plus tip and ALL the food was wrong.
I called and spoke to someone, I offered to bring all the food back and have my money refunded immediately. The girl told me no, they can't refund anything. I would have to wait until 7am when the manager gets in. Which I did.
I spoke to a manager named "Michelle". At first she was helpful, but then she got angry and cursed at me. She told me "good luck getting any money back". She told me it was my responsibility to check all the food before I left. But she didn't tell me the store was out of tomatoes, lettuce, and waffle mix. So of course my order was wrong.
For example, I ordered a BLT and got 2 pieces of bread with mayonnaise and bacon ONLY.
No one ate the food and I feel as if my money should be returned. I go to this waffle house all the time because they are open 24 hours and I work 3rd shift close by. I was appalled at the way Michelle spoke to me.
I reported this complaint online once already, i also called the corporate number where a woman said she would have someone contact me immediately. That was 2 days ago and i have heard nothing.
I also filed a better business complaint.
No one will respond.
In the meantime, my account has been charged and I still have the entire bag of food for proof.
