Waffle House - sanitation and service

My family and I went to waffle house unit 1349 and happen to sit right behind the staff cooking. Between 9:20am and 9:46am I watched " Brandy" do the following NEVER changing her gloves:
Pull out steak, then bacon, then sausage from the freezed (that has gloves right above it) not once but about 6 or 7 times. All while plating, actually touching customers bacon and the sometimes the bottom of the plates just to then stack on top of someone else's meat.
She not only picked up cooked bacon with those same gloves and re-heated and put back on the plate.
THEN having no clue or no care that i was watching spilled the RAW eggs that she was taking off that mixer all over then meat that was cooking and those plates that sat in front of her. Did she throw it away in case someone was allergic? No! She scraped it off continued cooking and plated to serve to someone. When i told my server Mari I refused to eat that bacon she put it back and i politely let her know that Brandy still had not changed her gloves but Mari said nothing but 'sorry' to me not all those ppl that was getting ready to consume all that. Ugh. I wa as done eating at this point but waited to see if anyone of the 7 ppl standing up there including the informed mari no one said anything. I watched brandy pull a bloody bag of the last two meat out the freezer over the plates, also wipe her hands accross her butt across the front of her apron, wipe the sweat from her forehead, lean over the plates apron touching the plates, still picking up raw meat then cold cooked bacon to reheat, even catchimg falling bacon with her arm that she again wiped her sweat with all wearing the same gloves i mean it was disgusting. Although, i attemptes not to make a seen by informing my waitress Mari, she did nothing. No one did anything. She never changed her gloves and i must say i am sick to my stomach and really wanting to tell everyone in the restaurant to send their food back. Being busy is NO EXCUSE to be disgusting not by servsafe standards, department of health..etc. its common cleanliness and decency. I will also report this to the proper authorities now that i know even informing someone doesnt help.
Brandy definitely needs further training because I can guarantee she wouldnt feed that food to her family if she seen someone else doing exactly what she just did. Unacceptable!

I pray this establishments cameras work for you to do your own review bc they kept standing in front of my camera as my waitress seemingly awkwardly tried not to 'get her in trouble'
