My sister has 2 fibre lines on her contract, yesterday 08.10.2025 vodacom cancelled only one and advised that it was thier mistake. the only way how this can be fixed is by re issueing anther router that can take 5 days. This impacts my work as I am dependent on fibre and my home life. I am loosing R 1400 daily due to work commitments that I have to finalize
