Vodacom's technical support has been frustrating. I haven't had internet for nearly two weeks. The fibre (Octel) connection works fine, but my router won’t connect. I've submitted about six tickets, all of which were marked as resolved and closed, yet the issue remains. I phone Vodacom daily, opening a new ticket each time, only for it to be closed the next day without resolution. The operator says it's not her problem and that my request has been forwarded to the 'backroom,' but she can't give me their contact details since the technicians are unreachable. I have multiple contracts with Vodacom, paying R4000.00 monthly on time, but they still can't fix my router. This is unacceptable. I don't even know how to escalate this even further, as no number is available. Ref SR250909-863301
