We applied for a new contract, but because we do not have credit, we do not qualify for a contract. No asking for our payslips or bankstatements just no... This is absolutely not right, how can you rate a client with out knowing if he/she can afford it. So a person that earns r30 000 a month but decides to have no dept, can never get a contract. That is absolutely patetic. I have been with vodacom know nearly more tha 20 years, I pay r1500 a month never skipped a payment.
