I started receiving unordered packages in the mail, for used things that I would never use. They got dumped in the trash. There was no packing slip or any information other than the usps shipping label, sent to my address with a name that i've never used. I found a vinted order number on each package. There was no way to contact the shipper, and vinted was very hard to figure out how to contact. I finally found an online contact form, and twice sent them the information, including photos of their shipping labels and order #s, and asking that my address by removed from any data they have, since i've never had an account with them, nor would i. All I got back was a boilerplate response, saying to first make and log into my account, and didn't address or answer why they were sending me stuff that I didn't want to an address with no account with them, and that somebody who did order and pay for the items wasn't getting them. The last response was that I could always send the items back to the return address... So i'm supposed to drive into town and pay to ship their items back to their real customers who were shafted by them? Me thinks not... So I filed a complaint with the ftc.
