Capfever Queen of Country Music Memorial Boonie Hats

Ordered these 2 hats on Sept. 15th, 2026 . Received the hats in two weeks. Not happy with the hats they are not wearable, way too big and no way to adjust them. They could fit an elephant. I have tried to call this place and also sent an email to no avail. I want a refund. Order #CF13577. Paid with credit card. They took the money out before being shipped.

I order the cap back on August 15,2026 and have not received it yet and it's been already a month since then.
