Vinted review: Ridiculous 8 cm package restriction and non-existent support

The system is completely rigid and flawed. I sold a camera kit in its original box, but after the buyer paid, the app automatically generated a shipping label restricted to a maximum package height of 8 cm. This is ridiculous, as a standard electronics box needs to be securely double-boxed and is around 12 cm high. Neither the seller nor the buyer can manually adjust the package size or shipping method after the purchase. To make matters worse, there is no real-time customer support or live chat to resolve these system-generated bugs. For the high buyer protection fees they charge, the lack of human support and platform flexibility is unacceptable. Both the buyer and I are extremely frustrated.
