Vinted review: If I could put negative stars I would

Vinted is the worst for buyers or sellers! I decided to try it so I listed several items and then I found an item I wanted to buy . They declined my purchase and then said that they required validation for my purchase and that I needed to send them a bank statement showing where the purchase had gone through . Well number one I'm not sending a bank statement And number two I hadn't made a purchase yet so I had nothing to prove! I had purchased a couple of little bumping fees for my items and those went through just fine of course. I went around and around with them and try to send them the documentation they needed for so called KYC reasons, but their links wouldn't work. So I sent them directly to the individual I was speaking to in email. I was then told that I could purchase items and that my account was unlocked, but it was not unlocked. So when I asked them how long it would be before it would be open, they reversed their decision and told me I was still banned. I wasted three days trying to prove my point with him to get to buy and sell on that platform until I finally gave up. I really think they may be scammers themselves and at the very least they are AI driven. I wonder if there's even a human there. As for selling I had a lot of impose an interest in my items but not one taker so I'm wondering if that wasn't a bot as well. When you have An item that 25 people favorite , and you send them an opportunity for a discount and they don't respond, that tells me that it's fake. Don't waste your time with this bunch.

One last thing. They have two of my checking accounts information on file and they refuse to talk to me when I ask that it can't be closed and my information wiped from their database. So I do not know if my debit cards are still on website or if they have been removed. Definitely not safe!
