Vinted review: Buyers should go elsewhere.

I have deleted my account. I tried to buy books from vinted. It was a negative experience. Even if the books were pictured undamaged due to the cheaper postage used I often received damaged books. You have a 48 hour clock from pickup to complain. They don't look at the images properly and mostly rule in favour of the seller. When you complain there is no resolution as they don't even have a phone number. If you want undamaged goods go elsewhere.
