Vinted review: Avoid at all cost. I would give them 0 stars if I could

Do not use Vinted. It wont let me put lower than 1 star but I'd give them 0. I was very fond of vinted before this happened but now won't go back to them. They say my parcel was packaged insufficiently so the buyer now has both the parcel and her money back. I have asked her to send the parcel back but haven't had a response. The item was in supreme condition and i packaged it my normal way which hadnt had any issues in the past. The item was a funko pop so yes annoying that it was damaged but it can still be used or displayed. Inpost then damaged my parcel and so vinted have refunded the buyer the full amount and me nothing. Very disapointed. I was told to use a cardboard box next time however my last parcel arrived damaged and was in a cardboard box so vinted cant guarantee your box wont be damaged and then wont do anything.
