Vinted refused to ship an item to Texas, when the only time that should happen is when it's being shipped from the UK to US. After 3 requests and 4 AI responses asking for more detail and claiming to close the complaint if they don't hear back in 24 hours, I've concluded that there IS NO customer service at Vinted. It's just AI-generated responses, so moving my business to Etsy and Ebay, even if I have to lose money.

Claimed loss: $8.00

Desired outcome: Correct the error and ship the item to Texas.
