Vinted review: Payment not received and parcel apparently empty

sold some galaxy buds on vinted well packaged posted item via prepaid inpost box got emails saying item delivered and then collected soon after received pictures saying package empty and hes been given a full refund
so im supposed to just take his word for that the vinted chat bot says they investigate full by contacting courior to find out and take it from there i asked vinted to check cctv on post box as to how long person there . no they have concluded from pics sent in not packaged as its been opened and given him full refund and what im supposed to just except my goods have been stolen by courior or buyer the human support worker is not atall helpful and just says not packaged properly and its my fault i posted that item in good faith not expecting it to be stolen and its fobbed of by vinted support team anyone can open a parcel and send pics saying empty so have product and money back its theft and there not bothered wheres the seller protection ?
