Went to Victra Wireless 2401 W Central in El Dorado, KS on Sept 12th 2023. I went in to discuss ways to lower my monthly bill. Victra / Diamond Wireless Purchase of an iphone and samsung smart phone

This unpleasant and disrespectful situation took place at the Victra location at 13100 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque New Mexico 87123

It was a great experience until they screwed up by swiping/deleting my wife’s old phone without asking her to check it to make sure that all of her notes and information were transferred completely! Well, it didn’t transfer correctly, and She lost so much of her personal information because of their mistake! A simple task that they missed that caused my wife’s experience to turn into a horrible experience, because of her losing so much of her personal information! We are so mad and disappointed! They took no responsibility for their mistake and told us it was her fault for having the wrong app for her notes, not even an apology to help the situation. We went back a couple weeks later to retrieve my receipt for my iPhone that I had purchased that day also, which they never emailed it to me like they promised. When I asked if they could re-print my receipt for me, they asked me to refresh their memory so when started telling them what happened, they got very upset and started arguing with me and said I was not welcomed in their store and would not help me with printing my receipt or anything else and asked me to leave the store. Also, Our Samsung receipt says on the back page that I can return any devises and accessories within 30 days, which they said they would not do for me either. I wanted to return two of the charging blocks that we purchased for $39.99 each, because we found them much cheaper elsewhere. They were disrespectful and rude in telling us that they would not do anything for us and telling us to leave again! Another disrespectful and horrible experience that we experience for a customer for over 20 years. We have lost all of our trust in Verizon and especially in Victra.

Desired outcome: I still need my iPhone purchase receipt, dated December 29, 2022. They had to take back a camera lens cover that didn't fit that I had already been charged for. Also I would like to return the two charging blocks.

Victra / Diamond Wireless Majestic Verizon Autorized SellerStore

I went to the store on May 20, 2022, My old phone was dead and could not be charged. The associate said, I can give up an updated Motorola Phone. I was never told what the price was and if there were other options. I said will my plan payment change and he said no it will not. After he transferred the data from my old phone to my new phone he asked me if I needed a case and a screen protector , I said yes. He gave me no options or prices. He picked out a case and a screen protector. After he put on the screen protector and the case, he told me my balance was $154.38. I asked him what are the charges for the screen protector and the case and tax on the phone He never gave me an invoice or a receipt for my credit card. After calling there he was very curt and said he would email an invoice. I asked him if there was an activation charge and he said $35. I could not figure out how he arrived at these figures. On May 21 I called back and he said he would email an invoice. I asked him how much the case and screen protector was. He said, 40 to 50 dollars. I said can you be more specific. He was again curt and finally I got the invoice and none of the figures matched

Victra / Diamond Wireless Dot not apply the promotions for iphone 13 pre-order

I have been with Verizon since 2019 and have 4 cell phone lines and was very happy before upgrading to the Apple iPhone 13s. Due to this upgrade, my current monthly bill went from $300 to $850 a month. I went to VICTOR 9337 BALTIMORE NATIONAL PIKE, ELLICOTT CITY, MD 21042 many times and spoke to Verizon Billing over the telephone spending hours together STILL MY BILLING ISSUE NOT RESOLVED.

Whenever I called Verizon Billing they were asked me the go to the VICTOR store and the VICTOR store manager can be FIXED the promotions and I WENT to many times and spoke to Manager Mr. Tylor. I met the area In-charge - Ms. Jess on 12/12/2021 she said will review my account will fix this issue the first week of January 2022, still did not hear from her. I don't know who to reach out at the point. I am ready to pay every month around $800 for the wireless bills.

Once again, I'm requesting to you resolve my promotions issue and advise me whether I need to continue with VERIZON or move out.

Victra / Diamond Wireless Cell phone sale etc

I was scammed and lied to and changed my mind with in an hour and they said it was too late my previous phone had already been destroyed I am now stuck with a unlocked device I just paid my phone d off to be lied to and stuck with a unlocked device for over a year and more than 4 times as much than I was paying never agreed or was told anything like this plz someone help

Victra / Diamond Wireless canceled this warranty 3 years ago & still being charged

I had called them about 3 years ago when they had given a phone # to the banks, I had told them I wanted to cancel & they said, ok & hung up didn't think about it until know.. I'm still being charged, something I told them years ago to cancel & still being charged 7.99 plus another 7.99 for two phones that I told them I didn't have.. I want to be reimbursement for this.. for at least 3 years..

I had the same issue. I finally convinced my credit card provider that Diamond Wireless was a scammer and to reject all future attempts to charge my card. Today they tried to charge and it was rejected. Someone from Diamond called to inquire why their charge was rejected and I had them cancel the billing,

My call from Diamond Wireless came from [protected]. If you are trying to cancel your Diamond Wireless phone insurance you can try calling this number or, as a last resort, request billing requests from Diamond Wireless to be blocked.

Cannot reach company to cancel insurance. This has been going on for many years They stopped charging my credit card for ayear and then started charging it again. Trying to get credit card company to refuse payment. Have not owned the phone on their insurance for 4 years. Will never deal with victra again and i will let everyone i know to not take a chance on victra or diamond wireless. This is fraud

Victra / Diamond Wireless Cancel automatic monthly payments on visa card

This Diamond Wireless service charge went with a phone and remote internet equipment (for use in the car) that we purchased in October 2016. In October 2018 we turned in the phone (i6) and the remote which we never used. Diamond continued to charge us $7.99 per month and we tried contacting them but were unable to get any response. We contacted Verizon and they told us they were no longer working with Diamond. We contacted US Bank Visa and they tried to contact Diamond and then refunded ten months of charges. A person at Visa stated that they contacted the company and that we should no longer be charged. The charges continued and we contacted Visa again. They were attempting to contact Diamond without much luck. We tried three different numbers and an email with no luck. Recently looked at this again and noticed this time that we are not the only people having problems with Diamond. At this juncture we just want the charges to stop. Visa says we need to contact them directly but we can't.

Desired outcome: Just want the charges to cease. We are being charged for equipment we no longer have in our possession.

I had been paying on this insurance for years. I should have canceled years ago but never dawned upon me that Verizon no longer worked with this company, but the charges came anyway. I was able to successfully cancel my insurance. Here is the phone number that I used

have been trying to cancel diamond wireless, keep getting the run around, Is this a scam company, , how do I finally get rid of this? today is the latest time I have called, they give you the run around . keep taking 7.99 out for each phone. Victra / Diamond Wireless Diamond wireless recurring charge

For the last few years I have been trying to cancel the phone insurance plan that I had purchased along with a cell phone at a Verizon retailer in Nevada in about the year 2009. It is a monthly recurring charge for $7.99 that is no longer relevant because the phone that it was purchased for is no longer owned. I've tried calling Verizon directly, but was informed that since it is a plan from a licensed retailer I would need to call the company that started the diamond wireless insurance plan as it is not through Verizon, but the retailer. I have never received any call backs or emails regarding this issue.

Made apayment at a verizon/vistra store on june 11 at 423. 66.00 Reciept # WI017IN7170 tracking # [protected] i have reciept but its not showing the payment on my verizon account. it was supposed to be made by june 11. Victra / Diamond Wireless customer service

Buyer Beware! I went in on 9/15/19 to upgrade my phone & switch my old phone over to my nephew. We were in the Cortland store for over 2 hours before leaving at 4:30 PM. I loved my current phone and thought that the newer phone would be an improvement. Well, I found that the newer phone didn't have some of the key features that I use every day. I knew that I had 14 days to return the phone & decided to take it back. I took it back on 9/29/19 and was told that I was one day too late. Excuse me? I was told that the day I bought it was day one. Wow, I leave the store at 4:30 PM and that is considered a day? I learned that a day equals 24 hours. I asked what the next level I could go to and he said I could talk to the manager if I wanted to and he would be in the next day. After calling, I found out that the manger wasn't even in on Monday. I decided to call Victra's headquarters. They tell me that I will need to wait until Tuesday to talk to the store manager. So my nephew and I call back Victra customer service on Tuesday and we are told that we need to deal with the store & they could connect me. So, they connect us to the Cortland Victra Store. The manager states that he needs to check with his branch manager as he can't override the return in the system but the branch manager could. He calls the branch manager and gets back on the phone and said that as it is 15 days, he won't provide us with an override code to return the phone. Lesson learned. Until, I go to investigate why my Verizon bill is so high. I called Verizon and find out that they charged two activation fees at $40.00 each. The Verizon rep asked me if I had purchased two different phones to which I replied we didn't I was told by Victra that my monthly amount would be $41.99 a month; it's actually $45.83. The Verizon rep told me to look at my contract and I would see the purchase agreement. I look at my paperwork and there is no Verizon contract stating the payment amount. They tell you to sign three times in this little box there is nothing that states what you are signing. After being in the store for so long I just took them at their word and wanted to get out of there. We were not given the paperwork until the very end and they put it in the bag with the phone box. The bill to address is in the correct name but the actual address is for someone in Fairfax VA. I thought perhaps that is Victra's headquarters. I find out it is a residential address and is not one that the owner of our Verizon account is familiar with. Makes you wonder where they came up with that address as it's not one that is associated with our account. I was charged a $19.99 charge for Set Up and Go Plus that I never agreed to. That is a fee to transfer my old content to my new phone. My nephew is an IT guru who would NEVER let me pay someone for something that he can do. So MANY things were done WRONG! We place another call to Victra on 10/2/19 and ask to speak the same rep that we talked to on Tuesday. We didn't get any of our problems with this mess solved. So, we call back on 10/3/19 and talk to a different person and he wants us to continue with the same rep we dealt with on Tuesday. He tells us to call back on 10/4/19 and we hang up thinking we will call back on Friday. Then it dawns on me that I'm ticked off on Sunday when I take the phone back to return it & told that I'm a day too late. Told to talk to store manager on Monday, only to find out he wasn't working. Tuesday on the phone with Victra Customer Service rep and got nowhere. Wednesday, told to call back to talk to first sales rep only to find out she isn't working. Thursday, called and talked to rep we talked to on Wednesday and he tells us that the first rep is not working and we need to call back on Friday. I call back 15 minutes later and ask to speak to a supervisor. I'm told that you can't just speak to a supervisor as you have to go through a rep first. OKAY, was I not talking to reps on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday? What an absolute worthless company!

Victra / Diamond Wireless associate

I went to the Victra/Verizon on September the 6th to buy a new phone. I was told there was a promotion and with my new Iphone XR i could get either a Apple Watch or Ipad for free. I said I didn't need either one but was told I had to take pick one. I then said again this is free? I was told again yes and I picked the Ipad. I should have taken a better look at the contract. I was in a hurry and that will never happen again. I was charged $470 for the Ipad I didn't want. The associate's name is Ismael. I am just disgusted by the selling tactics that young man is using to get commission. I have notified the Manager and they are going to take the Ipad back of course I am getting charged money for them to take it back. Please retrain your employees to be better customer service representatives.

Victra / Diamond Wireless I am trying to cancel my cell insurance

I tried calling Diamond Wireless to cancel my cell insurance but the only phone number I can find is no longer in service. I need the insurance cancelled since I no longer have the Samsung S4 phone so I need that 7.99 monthly payment stopped now. My name is Ellen Sylvanie, my phone number is [protected].

Victra / Diamond Wireless product trade in for rebate

I was told when I bought my phone back in October and I trade it in a device I will get a $300 credit for my new phone it's been since 7 months and I still have not received any money or any word on whether or not this is going to be resolved.I have spoken to several customer service Representatives at the retail store and at their corporate office.

verizon wireless needs to hire ACTUAL men who are somewhat committed to
their jobs, rather than girly ditzes who have time to be staring out the
window and looking at their cars...as if fords are anything regal and
awe-inspiring.

it was 11:30ish on april 10th, i was pacing around the parking-lot
because my bad back was hurting from sitting in my friend's car as he
ordered food, and i stopped to look at myself in the reflection of a
nearby car's window. i didn't touch the car or the window, i wasn't
even close enough to accidentally touch it, but the next thing i know,
some paranoid vagina (well, he was a man, but he acted like a vagina)
comes up to me and says, "hey, man, that's my car, is everything okay".
so i told him that i was just checking my reflection in the window. i
didn't think anything of it, but the next thing i know, the police
arrive and i'm being questioned by them. the little paranoid vagina had
called the police because i was checking up on my eye's
corneal-transplant, and i dared to do so using his car-window as a
mirror. i didn't lay a hand on the vagina's car, i was probably two or
three feet from his little girly-car, but this paranoid numbscull calls
the police like his girly vagina-hole is being violently raped with a
carving-knife.

i will never visit that verizon store for ANY phone-related issue,
especially not to buy another phone...and i will tell the world about
the paranoid little vagina who works there, how he called the police
because he saw someone using his car-window as a mirror, and who seems
to have an idiotic sense of pride for his stupid-assed ford. what kind
of [censored] takes pride in a ford? what kind of GIRL calls the police and
feels threatened by someone who's pacing around the parking-lot and
stops to gawk at himself in a car's window? man up, little lady, grow a
pair and realize that the world isn't centered upon you and your car.
realize that you car is as worthless as a bunch of blood-droppings from
any little lady's vagina, too.

Victra / Diamond Wireless - canceling recurring payment

Nobody will answer the phone. Well someone did answer and then hung up on me. Usually when you call it rings and then says they aren't available and you can't leave a message. They are taking out a $7.99/mo recurring charge from my bank but I no longer have the phone that was supposed to be insured and I I I in touch with anyone to cancel it. How do I stop this charge?

Victra / Diamond Wireless iphone 6s-[protected]

Hello!
My phone has not been charging properly for the last few weeks and out of necessity I got another phone temporarily which s iPhone 8. Your employee told me I couldn't get another 6s back since I already have an 8 (who has its own insurance from somewhere else).
I was told they can't help me to get my 6s back and they advised to terminate my insurance with you. I called back and found out that if the phone has been defective for no more than 60days, I could get a new one from you. But since I closed my insurance with you as advised by your employee, I can't get a phone from you now .
Please help me solve this matter as is not my fault I was given wrong information by your employee this morning. On 02/22/18

Victra / Diamond Wireless unauthorized charges and upsell

After being Verizon customers for years, in December 2017 we went to the Verizon Retailer Store in Alameda, Ca operated By Victra, an authorized Verizon retailer an we purchased 2 iPhone 8's, 2 wireless chargers and 2 cases to protect them. We were told that since we were buying these items we qualified for a "FREE" Asus tablet due to the promotion they were having. Since we already have an iPad, we didn't really need it but since it was "FREE", we decided we would accept it and give it to one of our grandsons. We finally signed for the 2 phones, received our "FREE" tablet and accessories, paid $546.20 and left the store.
A month later we received our first bill for the new phones and found our cost more than doubled. Looking through the details, we found they had signed us up for phone insurance, which we did not request or approve and there was another phone number added to our account which we did not request, approve or sign for. This line had a $40.00 activation fee and a $19.00 a month service fee along with a 2 year commitment. We did not request this and were not informed this was part of the "FREE" tablet.
We spent much time at the store and after much ado they removed the insurance but not the additional line and upsell items we were charged for without our knowledge...they said we would have to work with Verizon to solve that issue and when we called Verizon they said they could not remove the line because Victra has it's own rules and Victra would be responsible for removing that line. After a second visit to Victra regarding this issue and a second run around and refusal to correct this fraudulent act...we are on the hook for over $450.00 for the 2 year commitment and have filed a consumer complaint with the office of the Attorney General.

verizon wireless needs to hire ACTUAL men who are somewhat committed to
their jobs, rather than girly ditzes who have time to be staring out the
window and looking at their cars...as if fords are anything regal and
awe-inspiring.

it was 11:30ish on april 10th, i was pacing around the parking-lot
because my bad back was hurting from sitting in my friend's car as he
ordered food, and i stopped to look at myself in the reflection of a
nearby car's window. i didn't touch the car or the window, i wasn't
even close enough to accidentally touch it, but the next thing i know,
some paranoid vagina (well, he was a man, but he acted like a vagina)
comes up to me and says, "hey, man, that's my car, is everything okay".
so i told him that i was just checking my reflection in the window. i
didn't think anything of it, but the next thing i know, the police
arrive and i'm being questioned by them. the little paranoid vagina had
called the police because i was checking up on my eye's
corneal-transplant, and i dared to do so using his car-window as a
mirror. i didn't lay a hand on the vagina's car, i was probably two or
three feet from his little girly-car, but this paranoid numbscull calls
the police like his girly vagina-hole is being violently raped with a
carving-knife.

i will never visit that verizon store for ANY phone-related issue,
especially not to buy another phone...and i will tell the world about
the paranoid little vagina who works there, how he called the police
because he saw someone using his car-window as a mirror, and who seems
to have an idiotic sense of pride for his stupid-assed ford. what kind
of [censored] takes pride in a ford? what kind of GIRL calls the police and
feels threatened by someone who's pacing around the parking-lot and
stops to gawk at himself in a car's window? man up, little lady, grow a
pair and realize that the world isn't centered upon you and your car.
realize that you car is as worthless as a bunch of blood-droppings from
any little lady's vagina, too.
