Under no circumstance use a freedom voice if you value your business

I normally don’t write reviews, but what happened with FreedomVoice deserves to be made public. I first contacted them because I wasn’t receiving incoming faxes (although outgoing was working). FreedomVoice FreedomVoice needs improvements

I would be happy if they improved their service. When you start using it you understand that it's still unfinished and most of their products are hard to use, because they are buggy and glitchy. Calls are terrible to make, they drop all the time and it's very irritating. C'mon, it's the 21st century, there're a lot of opportunities to improve it fast.
As a programmer, I sent them several suggestions regarding improvements, but of course, they didn't even answer.
I like their free extensions, that's cool, but same here: they need to be fixed.
