Horrendous Company
I ordered a TV via the company's website for Black Friday. After a week and a half of the order not being processed, I had to phone to inquire as to why my order was not being process. It took approximately 45 minutes on the phone to get any sort of answer. Upon discussion with the customer service rep, I was told that they would execute the order within one business day.
The next day I checked my order online to see the progress only to find that my item was backordered and there was no date in which to expect the TV. Again, I spent another 30+ minutes on the phone with their customer service team because I received no communication regarding my TV being on backorder. It was during this call that due to TSC's failure to execute the order, that they over sold the product, and it was no longer available. The customer service rep promised to investigate the issue and resolve it. I was also promised that the issue would be rectified, and I would receive a call the next day. However, no call was received. The only communication I received was a template email the following day that the item wasn't available and instructing me to call in to cancel the order. The customer service rep simply stated that it’s not their problem and effectively stated tough luck. They offered no options for resolution. I therefore had to spend another 30+ minutes on the phone trying to cancel the order.

Call to customer service
I called the customer service line and spoke to 3 people. I have two of your water pumps one was bought in 2018 and I purchased an extended warranty that has expired on that one, but the second one was purchased dec 2021 or jan 2022 time frame. She kept saying you have 21 pages of purchases I can't find anything. I can not understand why it is so difficult to find that receipt, I am wondering if that pump is just not showing. I was working away from home (overseas military) and I don't have the receipt, this not a claimant but a request for help thx donald hendric

Terrible Experience with TSC: Wrong Order, Unresponsive Customer Service, and Shipping Issues
as it gets. I ordered some stuff from TSC and when it arrived, it was all wrong. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to get an order right? So, I tried to contact them through their live chat, but nobody answered. I waited for like 20 minutes and still nothing. So, I decided to just send the stuff back and get a refund. But when I tried to print out the return label, it wouldn't work. And then, when I finally got it to work, it was addressed to me instead of TSC! What a mess. I ended up having to pay for the return shipping myself and it was a total pain in the butt. I don't think I'll be ordering from TSC again anytime soon.
Disappointing Experience with TSC: 20 Days and Still No Pots, Customer Service Unhelpful
I'm pretty disappointed with TSC. I mean, come on, it's been 20 days and I still don't have my pots. I tried contacting customer service, but they couldn't give me any answers. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Okay, so I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on some new pots from TSC. I mean, who doesn't love a good set of pots, right? But man, was I let down. I waited 20 whole days for my package to arrive, and it never did. And to make matters worse, when I tried to get in touch with customer service, they were no help at all. I mean, what's the point of having a customer service department if they can't even tell you what's going on with your order?
Honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated with TSC right now. I mean, I understand that things can get delayed sometimes, but 20 days is a long time to wait for a package. And to not even be able to get any answers from customer service? That's just unacceptable. I really hope they can get their act together and start taking better care of their customers. Because right now, I'm not feeling very valued as a customer.
Overall, I would say that my experience with TSC has been pretty disappointing. I was really looking forward to getting my new pots, but instead I ended up with a lot of frustration and disappointment. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Bad Experience with TSC: Card Hacked and No Responsibility Taken
I had a really bad experience with TSC (tsc.com). My card got hacked and I'm pretty sure it was because of this website. I only used my card on this website, so I knew it had to be them. I was lucky enough to catch it early and block my card before any major damage was done.

Instead of investigating and trying to catch the person who used my card, they just denied that it was their fault. I was really disappointed with their response and it made me feel like they didn't care about their customers' safety.
