I purchased 4 mobile phone on a offer 4/2025. 2 of phones were returned in 2 weeks. phone 3,4,were returned before 30 days were completed. I received return for first 2 phones by check, the problem starts with the last 2 Apple phones. apple E was accepted in store, apple pro max 16 was returned to Verizon warehouse because wrong EMI was scanned during purchase. I have been to 4 different locations with no help for my return, now Verizon is charging me for phones that have been returned. During one of my conversations with Verizon rep i was informed that phones were not discharged from backend of process and they needed to form a ticket for the phones. Now I'm being billed for items that were returned. This has been a difficult situation and no matter what Verizon has not refunded my money for the Apple phones. The best response I have gotten is call Affirm which is how I financed my phone purchase with $900.00. I have paid my payment every month since this situation occurred. I am very angry that I'm being billed for returned phones, and no refund has been given in regard to the iPones.
The store that the phones were purchased from has closed during all this process. I have driven to Cape Girardeau, Mo store 2 times 30 miles away and discussed the issue. I have driven to Dexter Mo 36 miles left message for Tom the manager to call. No return call. I have driven to Carbondale Ill 71 miles away to discuss issue to get resole. I was informed by Cape Girardeau Staff this is corporate store and they could help. No help given other than to call corporate Verizon who states they could help but did not help. My last stop was Poplar Bluff Mo 57 miles to sit in each store 2 hours except Dexter was a walk in/walk out. I went to Sikeston Mo store numerous times before they closed trying to get this situation resolved.
Claimed loss: Loss of money, not compensated for the 2 Apple 16 Pro Max/E. I have spent so much of my money and time driving to these locations only to be told they could not help me.
Desired outcome: I want this to be cleared up and my money returned to me without the restocking fee or whatever fee's Verizon states they are owed. I feel I have spent their restock fee's in all the leg work trying to get this situation resolved.
