Verizon review: Verizon lies

After being with the company for a long time, the prices became too much and I called to see if there was another opportunity. Got sent oversees to talk to someone in a third world country. After all the call centers in India are always honorable. After asking to be transferred to a US rep, it only took 20 minutes for the US rep to pickup. She was unable to answer questions appropriately whereupon I asked to speak with a supervisor. After another 20 minutes of waiting I asked if the supervisor could call back. Scheduled a time, never got a call back like promised. This is not an isolated incident any time I have asked for a supervisor you spend over an hour on hold and you never get a response. We pay premium prices for our bills and Verizon still cant get the basics together. All they worry about is getting paid. There is no service in Customer Service. Buyer beware.
