Complaint: Yelled at by employee. The other 2 did nothing,
Went in to compare prices on Samsung phone, 3The 3 men kept calling me "dear." After a time, I asked them not to. One kept it up, even when another employee said "She asked us not to." ok. They began talking about the price and I said wow I think Best Buy has a better price. One young man started yelling asking if I was calling him a liar! He kept yelling about how much he knew about this business. So I said maybe I can go take a picture of Best Buys and bring it back. He kept yelling and finally yelled "She's not going to buy a phone!" And he left, went into a back room. The other 2 sat. did nothing, said nothing. I asked "Is he always like that?" They simply stared. I replied, that's ok. The 3rd man said "The only thing i can tell you is Goodbye and have a nice day."
I was stunned and cried all the way home. Verizon: maybe a lessons on customer relations.
Claimed loss: Loss of dignity for me, an elderly lady. I have never been talked to like that ever, especially be a store employee. I am still shaking after 24 hours.
Desired outcome: I would like the young man to apologize. I would not want his dismissal or suspension. Weird fact: when I came in, he recognized me. I was his high school math teacher. All smiles.
