Verizon review: Lack of service in store

My husband went into our local store which is only a few blocks away, (Lynn Haven Fl.) a week ago and the only person working there had him sit down with him. Just as he was explaining what the problem was to the man, another person walked in and he called out "how can I help you" and began telling them what to do to fix the problem. My husband told him apparently he was too busy to help him and left. He then went to a larger store in town and was helped.

Today I went back with the same problem again, the only man in there took my phone asking what the problem was and then began working on my phone... We stood in the middle of the store for 10 or 15 minutes and he did receive another call on his phone as we spoke. I'm 76 and sitting down professionally would have been nice my phone would not call out but I could receive calls and text. He got it to call out but in doing it, he hit reset or something on my phone. My screens disappeared, my saved music list left, my print went to minuscule, etc... Shouldn't he have asked before doing that? I'm not very phone savy so i'm not sure I can reset it all. Anyhow we were not happy with the customer service. Just not professional there.
