I had scheduled an appointment to pick up an iphone that I ordered on the Verizon website. I signed in at the prescribed time and received a message on my phone that the wait would be 7 minutes. I walked out an hour and 15 minutes later without my new phone and without having contact with any of the four employees. I was never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged. Oh, and I did shave and shower, applied deodorant and dressed appropriately before the appointment. When I left, there were still 3 people ahead of me. The employees were more interested in upselling rather than taking care of all the customers in the store. I cancelled my order on line and ordered the same iphone from Apple and will just wait the 10 days for home delivery.
