Early this year, I went in to get a new phone. I was sold the Pixler after being told it was the best on the market. This phone would not stay connected to my truck nor my hearing aids. I went back and was told I either had to pay it off or add another line. I added another line. During purchasing the 2nd phone, I continuously said to be sure to add insurance. They did not. Then the 2nd phone got broke and that is when I found out I was not covered by insurance. I call Verizon and for 1 hour and 40 minutes I kept answering the same questions. Finally, I just asked them to call me when they came to a solution. Their solution was for me to take my new phone back, get my damaged phone, and go to one of their stores. That did not make sense. The store I went to is an authorized Verizon store. I want reimbursed and no activation fee. I been a customer of 27 years.
