Honda Motor review: gear knob leather poor quality issue

I'm writing a complain to higher management to look into this case urgently.Complain made to Honda Service Centre Banting Star about Gear KNOB Leather peeling out at stitches side of leather.
I am very disappointed with this poor quality issue on leather products.
As I am not stratified with Honda Malaysia responds towards to claim under warranty.
I would this case to be check and update me on the solutions.
It's not even 2 years..this issue been happened.
And it's been announced as Premium car.
