When at the cash only register on May 18th, an employee behind me approached me to ask if I ever got back the $10 she reported to Neil, at the time I forgot it. Did I get a phone call? I replied I was not aware I left money behind and I did not get a phone call. For me to contact Neil, as this was Sunday and she was not working. I phoned Neil May 26, saying I would be there Tues. May 27 and explaining the situation to her. The next day a repeated a description of the person and what she said to me. This supervisor said she could not nothing without a receipt. Even though I made it clear had I got a phone call from her, at the time of reported incident by the employee, I would have kept the receipt. Still, she insisted, no receipt, no refund. My question is who pockets the money customers leave in the cash dispenser if no phone call is made? What I further find suspicious is since the original report to her, my account with my phone number is not recognised by the system on trying to log in.
Claimed loss: $10.00
Desired outcome: $10.00 Refund ASAP and a investigation
