I recently bought a brace from BraceAbility.com and I have to say, I'm not too impressed. I've only been wearing it for less than a month and already the Dorsiflexion strap ripped off at the top of the boot. I reached out to Vanessa, a customer relations rep, and she asked me to send pictures of the damage. I did as she asked, but I never received a response. I even sent a follow-up email, but still no response. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't hold up, and even more frustrating when customer service doesn't seem to care.

Honestly, I'm considering just making my own brace out of 2 X 4's and leather straps. At least then I know it won't break on me. It's disappointing because I had high hopes for this brace, but it seems like it's just not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend BraceAbility.com to anyone looking for a reliable brace.

I gotta say, BraceAbility.com ain't all it's cracked up to be. I mean, they give you instructions on how to measure your knee, but if you're in-between sizes, they just tell you to take a wild guess and pick one in-between. And let me tell you, that ain't no good. I got a brace from them and it kept fallin' down my leg, even though I had the straps as tight as possible. And then, to top it all off, they make you pay for the return. What kind of nonsense is that? I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all. If you absolutely gotta have something from them, check if Amazon has it instead. At least with Amazon, you can return stuff for free.

I had a really bad experience with BraceAbility.com. I ordered a brace from them, but when it arrived, it was five sizes too small! I couldn't believe it. I contacted their customer service and they told me to return it for the correct size. But when I did, they charged me an extra $37 for shipping! That's more than the cost of the brace itself!

That's why I believe they don't want to return them back to you after refusing your refund request. So, I would advise all buyers to beware of this very bad company!

When I contacted BraceAbility.com about my issue, they wrote back to me and now they won't communicate with me anymore. They claimed that the item was visibly used or worn, beyond just trying on the brace. This could include scuffs or dirt marks, pet hair, body dander, etc. They also said that they clean all of the products when they're returned, and if their standard cleaning procedures cannot return the item to "like new" condition, it will be denied. But, I never wore that brace, just tried it on! So, I don't understand why they would clean it if it was never used.

Overall, I had a very bad experience with BraceAbility.com and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they seem to be very deceptive in their practices. So, if you're looking for a brace, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I bought a back brace from BraceAbility.com, but it didn't work out for me. The brace was too big and didn't offer the support I needed. I put it back in the packaging it came in and called the company. They offered to send me a return mailing label for $8.00, but I didn't have a printer set up at the time, so my son-in-law took it to the post office and shipped it back for me.

After waiting for 18 days without hearing anything, I decided to call the company to see what was going on. They told me that I had returned the brace dirty and with hair on it, and that they wouldn't be giving me a refund. I was shocked because I had only tried the brace on for about 30 seconds and it was definitely not dirty. I don't have any pets, and my hair is always pulled up, so I have no idea where they got the idea that there was hair on the brace.

I think they must have taken something round, like a saltshaker, dipped it in dirt, and made a mark on the back of the brace. Then they swiped a finger across it to make it look like it was dirty. I was really upset about this, so I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company and with the Better Business Bureau. I also posted about my experience on my Facebook page and on my blog.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with BraceAbility.com. The back brace didn't work for me, and the customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I gotta say, I was pretty unsure when I ordered the pelvic floor brace from Braceability.com about half a year ago. I've been rockin' a pessary for a couple years now to help with my vaginal prolapse (which my doc rates as a stage III, yikes) and my rectal prolapse (stage II, double yikes). These prolapses were really crampin' my style, so I figured I'd give the brace a shot.

When the brace arrived, I was right on the edge between two sizes and I ended up pickin' the smaller one. Turns out, it was too small. But no worries, I just sent it back and asked for the bigger size. Braceability was super quick about sendin' me the new one and takin' the return, no fuss at all.

And let me tell ya, this brace is workin' wonders for me! I can't believe how much of a difference it's made in my daily life. I'm out there doin' my landscaping and gardening like a champ, and I'm even able to lift those 50lb honey supers again (I'm a beekeeper, don't ya know). And all this at 61 years young!

I gotta admit, Braceability proved me wrong. I was the biggest skeptic out there, but they really came through for me. I'm so happy I gave 'em a shot. Thanks, Braceability!

So, I was looking for a brace and I found BraceAbility.com. I ordered one and I thought I got the right size because I followed their size chart. I even read some reviews and they said that the brace runs big, so I ordered a size smaller. But when I got it, it was way too big! I mean, it was HUGE! There's no way I can use it.
