Value Village / Savers review: Customer service is bias to non white individuals I am white.

Twice now in your store I have been harassed by other customers.
1st time I called a manager and spoke with her and she basically said I was to blame.
I was harassed by a large black man who kept blocking my shopping experience. Each time I tried to go around he was there again. Finally I asked can you please stop crowding me.
He screamed at me over and over I was a [censored]ing [censored].
Finally I started yelling for help because he was intimidating me and now harassing me.
I went to go find a place to sit because I had a panic attack from all his shouting.
I could hear him and the brown security guard calling me racist.
All I wanted to do was shop in peace and not be crowded by tall intimidating men. This is a violence against woman issue and vv should be ashamed of how they treated me.
Today I left your store again
Your worker wasnt helping clear the way so I could leave the store
2 old ladies left carts blocking the exit
When I grabbed the cart your employee looked at me, and I said could you take this cart I do not work here
Then some woman started making passive agressive comments to me
I went back in to talk to a manager, your worker told a brown man to get a manager
He walked away and ignored me
Because the customer at till was continuing to harass me and your employee didnt understand the language well enough to get the passive aggressive smear the employee and the woman continued to harass me until I left the store for my safety.
What the heck is wrong with this store? White woman are automatically racist? Actually I am a minority because I am autistic and have communication challenges.
I will never darken your store again until this is made right.
Make sure you tell your rude employee not all disabilities are visible and she encouraged harassment to me. I am guilty of wanting to shop in your damn store.
