The above link speakers volumes. Management does nothing to stop this out of control, violent antiques dealer who spends 50% more time in store than full time employees do. 170 signature petition to have this individual banned, including hundreds of calls to head office by a wide variety of customers, yet nothing is done about it. This individual is fighting with customers on a daily basis, intimidating, swearing, shoving, grabbing off moving carts, literally sprinting around the store chasing newly stocked racks and carts, smashing his buggy into other customers & swearing at them, in an attempt to run customers out of the store never to return again because this individual considers them competition. Bad for sales, bad for business, bad for bottom line net revenue. Why is nothing being done? Major conflict of interest. Management should be fired for not addressing this. Several years of repeat mishaps, what more evidence do they want.
Desired outcome: Ban this individual. I won’t be shopping here again until this is resolved.
Value Village / Savers - Allowing a rude customer to bully other customers in the surrey king george blvd location
While in the store, I have been ridiculed and swore at as I am minding my own business shopping through the store. This person and his colleague are trying to get rid of the other competition by making up stories and lying to management about what happened when all along it was Darren and his colleague that are there mon-sat every day at this locating. They are aggressive and rude and are also discremantive to other minorities while in the store. This has to stop.
Desired outcome: This person needs to be banned
