ā Call center: useless, unreachable, or agents give wrong information
ā Chat service: slow, automated replies, no real help
ā Refund process: terrible, confusing, and feels intentionally delayed
ā Transparency: hidden charges and misleading āPrimeā subscription
ā Customer care: no responsibility, no solution, no follow-up
I spent hours trying to contact eDreams, eDreams support, eDreams customer service, and every time it was the same story: excuses, delays, and no refund.
This company wastes your time, your money, and your energy.
The booking experience is misleading, and once they have your money, eDreams does not care anymore.
I strongly warn everyone:
DO NOT BOOK with eDreams. Avoid eDreams. Stay away from eDreams Prime.
Book directly with airlines instead of trusting eDreams.
