Booked ticket with eDreams and paid extra for possibility to reschedule. When I needed to reschedule, the customer service repeatedly told me only a manager could perform this action, or that I needed to contact airline directly. In the end I had to buy a new ticket. I have twice had cases opened, one with no response, and one claim they tried to call me w/o answer. I am expecting a full refund, and will now take legal action.
Recommendation: Do not use this travel agency
