I was charged €99.99 for an eDreams Prime subscription that I did not knowingly sign up for during the booking process.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately cancelled the membership and contacted customer support requesting a refund. I have never used any Prime benefits. Despite sending multiple messages, including a formal refund request, I have received no response.
The subscription process was misleading and not clearly explained. Based on my experience, customers should be extremely careful when booking through eDreams, as it is very easy to end up subscribed to Prime without fully realizing it.
I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank and submit complaints to consumer protection authorities.
Very disappointing experience.
