6264eDreams charged me for a membership I did not knowingly sign up for—and are now refusing to refund it.
This is unacceptable. Customers should clearly understand when they are subscribing to a paid membership and what they will be charged. Finding out through a charge and then having to fight for a refund is deeply frustrating.
eDreams: please explain when and how I supposedly agreed to this membership, refund the charge and confirm that no further membership payments will be taken.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking with eDreams. Check your charges and subscriptions carefully.
