I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by eDreams.
I purchased a ticket that explicitly included the option to change dates, premium service, and the possibility to transfer the ticket. However, none of these promises were honored in a practical or accessible way when I actually needed them.
When I attempted to change my flight, it became nearly impossible to reach customer service. I spent long periods on the phone, only to be told that “we will call you back” or that “a request has already been opened,” without any real resolution. Even when I called at 1 a.m. trying to resolve the situation, I received no effective assistance.
The flight was never changed, and canceling it would have meant losing a significant amount of money, leaving me with no real options despite having paid for flexible conditions.
This experience felt extremely misleading and far below what was promised at the time of purchase. I honestly question how a service can be sold with these conditions and then not delivered when needed.
The customer support was extremely poor, unresponsive, and unhelpful throughout the process.
I am left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling that the service did not match what was advertised. I do not recommend this platform based on my experience.
