I am extremely disappointed with the way Axis Bank (Aashiana branch) has handled my partnership current account. Despite the account being opened months ago, I have still not been provided internet/mobile banking access.
The process has been full of negligence and repeated harassment:
Staff keep passing me from one employee to another without resolution.
Wrong documents were provided, wasting valuable time.
No clear instructions were ever given for signatures or paperwork.
One employee (Mr. Gulab Singh, presented as Branch Manager) even used abusive and threatening language (“DANDA NA KARO”) when I simply followed up about my account status.
This is unacceptable behavior from a reputed bank. At account opening, multiple staff came to my home, but after that, all support vanished. Customers should not have to chase bank staff repeatedly for basic services like internet/mobile banking.
Recommendation: Axis Bank needs to take strict action against negligent and abusive employees and overhaul its customer service. Until then, I strongly advise others to avoid this branch and think twice before trusting Axis Bank with their money.
