UPS review: UPS delivery - or "un-delivery"
So far, I have made FIVE complaint calls to UPS.
My delivery instructions are very clear - I'm disabled and need things delivered to my door. NOT the edge of my porch, or, as today, my front yard, where my REFRIGERATED meds are still sitting out in the sun because my wheelchair doesn't handle grass well.
Last time I was cursed at, but my packages are NEVER delivered properly.
Contacting UPS is a nightmare, and I am always told how sorry they are and that it won't happen again, but it ALWAYS happens.
I have BEGGED the CSR for someone in authority to speak with, but UPS doesn't welcome feedback. They just have their reps spit out the same old "sorry/never happen again" nonsense and I am stuck with it happening over and over again. You MUST make a call - no emails - you MUST wait in the phone queue, and you are supposed to be satisfied with "ooops".
I am requesting Amazon never use UPS for my deliveries, but you know how that will go.
Desired outcome: Response, apology, and a way to contact UPS that they will HEAR!!
