UPS review: Driver dropped package at some unknown location

All UPS tracking information says package is at UPS Access Point: CVS store #2990, at 6391 W. Lake Mead Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89108 and was delivered to this location on 5/1/2020 at 7:57 PM. We went to the store and they say they do not have it. WE called UPS customer Service this morning and they opened a Case# 1-[protected] and said we would hear from an agent by 1:00 PDT, by 3:00 PDT and had not heard from anyone. We called Customer Service regarding the case and after 30 minutes of checking the woman said she believed the driver did not deliver the package to the Access Point (CVS) but instead he may have delivered it to an office at 2410 N Decatur Blvd. We checked with everyone that is open in the complex and nobody has the package. We called back and a very unhelpful customer service agent gave us a new case # 1-[protected] and wanted to turn us over to Claims since that was easier than finding our package. NJow what?
