Iâ€™m not sure why I keep giving them another chance. DHL isnâ€™t perfect, but itâ€™s still noticeably better than this, and thatâ€™s saying something. By comparison, even EVRI doesnâ€™t look nearly as bad.

If youâ€™re looking for a reliable courier, I would strongly recommend avoiding UPS. In my experience, deliveries are inconsistent and often fail to arrive on time, and the tracking system is largely unhelpful and unreliable.

Recommendation: Avoid UPS
