Abysmal service. Send a package overnight and it arrives 4 days late. Request a refund. Never get a single communication. Go to the store multiple times and they assure me it's under investigation.

On 4th visit to store 3 months later, they tell me that oops... refund department replied to them just a few days later and not to me. And guess what? No refund. It was a weather related issue.

I say that's dumb. I'll pay for ONLY what you delivered and not for what i didn't get. They give me a telephone number to a department that says they can't help me and I need to go back to the store to get the right number.

&^%$ YOU! UPS. How about this. That $142 cost you a client for life. I will never use you again.

Recommendation: Use fed ex
