UPS ups driver

Yesterday afternoon your driver that has been delivering here at Salon Lofts in Clearwater for a long time was either having a bad day or decided that he didn’t care that there is a clear sign on my door stating DO NOT DISTURB! I am a massage therapist at salon Lofts in Clearwater. I’ve known this driver to always be very nice but that was not the case yesterday. People come to me to relax and they pay good money to do so. I was in mid massage when the driver, who knows how to read knocked on my door twice! Then decided to argue with me through the door instead of finding someone to sign for the package like he does any other time. Then said he’s not delivering to me anymore and that what I’m doing isn’t surgery. It’s was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I would like something done about this and a phone call from his direct manager would be appreciated.

UPS receiving my package

I had ordered an item from a website who uses UPS and well I received my box which contains a perfume for my wife's birthday and the box is squished like a accordion on one half of the box. That is inexcusable and unacceptable that I received it that way. I am enclosing pictures of what my package looks like. Nobody knocks or rings a doorbell. It seems like they throw it and run. Disgusted by this.

UPS delivery

On Saturday 10/14/17 UPS delivered from Amazon Kleenex Hand Towels, 60 ct, (Pack of 6). I get this every month. Instead of putting it on my covered front porch, the driver ALWAYS leaves it in my driveway by the garage door. It was raining very hard ALL DAY and most of evening Sat. So you can imagine how that box looked after sitting in the rain all night. So what do I need to do to have the driver do his job correctly? He leaves all my merchandise in the driveway unless it fits in the mailbox. I have stairs going up to the porch, so I know why he is doing this, but this is not the first time my merchandise has sat in the rain or the blistering heat, because I didn't know it was there. I am complaining to Amazon as well.

UPS delivery

UPS moved my package (and many others) into an area behind the fire lines AFTER the fire lines were established. Now they can't get it out. They will not explain to me WHY they did this, instead threatening to ban me from their Facebook page because I keep asking the same question. I keep asking the same question because they do not answer it.

The fire lines were established October 10, blocking off the facility in Santa Rosa, CA. UPS moved my package into their facility and past the fire lines on October 12.

They need to explain to me (and others) why they would do something so incredibly stupid, retract the threatened ban, and apologize to me for threatening to ban me. The apology should be in written form and delivered to my home. Those who have been involved should also undergo training on telling the truth and answering questions instead of ignoring people.

UPS delivery driver, delivering my packages

Your hired ups driver that is supposed to be delivering to my home says “If I’m not home and he has to come back he says he’s gonna throw my packages in the street.” My packages are paid for to be delivered safely to me at my home. Paid! He gets paid very well at his job to do this. I shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of attitude and worry about my things getting here or not. Something needs to be done. This is not how you treat people or be professional on your job representing ups who has been around for ages delivering safely and effectively. Now I worry and fear what is happening and if I’m even able to order ? This is so wrong!

UPS package pickup

PICKUP Was scheduled before E 8 pm oct 9th. Didnt happen. No phone call. I called spoke to three people in another country who all told me a different story. Lies. Was put on hold over 2 hrs. Personnel refused to give names . Asked for manager. Was told too bad. Told to schedule for next day but i am moving and have to catch a flight. Told them be here by 8 am. Was told it makes no difference what time pick up even after trlling him i was leaving that morning not coming back. Personnel couldnt seem to understand. Now i will miss my flight to wait for pick up. I want compensation. I want a phone call by 8:30 am. I want my packages picked up. I will report this to everybody and anybody. This treatment by UPS personnel is not acceptable. Not calling me is not acceptable. My lawyer is handling anothet case in court this week. He will hsve no problem filing damages action against UPS.

UPS I had changed a package address and it's been over a week!

I had a package that was originally going to Austin Texas . I called next day to speak with someone to have my package delivered to this address.
4250 E Busby Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. The package Tracking number is listed below. 1ZX8W9201324380330, I called 3 times and each time they said I will get a call back. The first time I called they told me that my package was at the Sierra Vista warehouse. So, I left work to the warehouse and they told me that they don't have it? that its located in Austin Texas warehouse? and its been setting there? What's frustrating is you guys cant even call or email customers to inform them that there is a delay in finding there package. One Warehouse does not now what there other is doing or you guys have theft in the warehouse! I'm extremely frustrated, with your customer service and your procedures in tacking packages that are in your systems.

UPS terrible service, processes are failing

Your driver left a tag on 10/6 stating he will return the next weekday. Your driver returned saturday!

Not only did he return Saturday, he returned when we were pulling into our driveway. He was leaving the house, he saw us for sure, and he drove past us and didn't even stop!

Your services are far inferior to Fed Ex. I will make sure we only ship with Fed Ex from here on out.

UPS delivery

Tracking No. 1Z7962X00399081957. I was home all day when I got an email that the package was delivered. No one had rung my bell so I went downstairs to retrieve the package and didn't see it. I went outside and there it is, sitting outside on a busy street in a bad neighborhood where anyone could have taken it. It was an expensive item. The driver was too lazy to figure out how to ring the bell so I could have buzzed him into the lobby where packages should be left, not sitting outside. Plus it was raining and the box was wet. This is a reoccurring problem. A few months ago when the driver left the package outside, someone came along and opened the box. It was a set of new dishes so they left it, it was too heavy to carry away. This leaving the packages outside needs to stop. Please talk to all the drivers on my route.

UPS driver nancy klein who drives for ups in westminster, co's unprofessional, harassing, and unethical behavior

Nancy Klein works M-F in Westminster, CO predominately along Sheridan Blvd.
In July 2017 when I was living at her home, she asked me for my office complex's door security code so she could use the bathroom after hours. I don't think that is ethical or professional.
After Sept. 25 when she asked me to move out unexpectedly, on October 4, 2017, she sent me a text said she wanted my dog to come live with her as her dog was "having seizures".
Today, October 7, 2017, she filed a police report against me, reporting I was leaving my dog in my truck outside my office complex for extended periods and overnight. She told the police my office number but the police found her information untrue and harassing.
She has used her position as a UPS driver on the same route that covers my office building to check up on my truck and my dog, and she has the confidential office after hours code now so I am afraid, and so are the police, that she will come into the building unauthorized and harass me and my dog further.
I am going to file a police report against her, but I would like UPS to follow up and tell her not to use the confidential after hours door code, not to enter 8120 Sheridan Building C unauthorized, and to stop using her position to stalk my vehicle and my dog while delivering to my building.

UPS shipping to puerto rico - lying to your customers

Good afternoon,

I just got off the phone with a customer service representative who informed me that a package I sent on October 2nd to San Juan, PR is just sitting in a warehouse in San Juan because you are still stuck delivering packages from before the storm. The Tracking Number is 1za8464y0301014757. Before I sent the package I checked your website, which states you've resumed services to the zip code I'm sending to, and I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone to ensure that the package would actually be delivered. I was assured the package would be delivered. I was told it would maybe take a day or two extra, but it would be delivered.
Trusting what your website and customer service person said, I paid over $100 to UPS to ship a package to my family in Puerto Rico. Why would you like to the community, especially when people are desperate to help their families, when you KNEW that you hadn't even finished delivering packages from before the hurricane, so there's no way in heck you could deliver packages from after the hurricane! You have taken full advantage of people who are desperate and emotional to make a profit. You just banked over $100 from me because I trusted your organization, and now am being told it could be weeks before they get the package. That should've been disclosed from the beginning. I would've looked for a different company and not wasted money trusting your company. Now I'm out money and my family doesn't have what they need. You flat out lied, and continue to lie to the community, about your ability to ship to PR just to make a profit. I am going to make sure I voice this and post this lie to everyone I know to make sure no more families fall victim to your scam. I expect I will get a full refund for the shipment as it was not delivered on time, and I could use the money to pay a private charter or someone that is actually going to provide the services offered to send another package to my family. I also would like to know an estimated date of deliver, so that my family doesn't continue to sit hopeful for a package every day the UPS guy drives up to their building when in fact UPS is just sitting on it.

UPS no delivery

So much for 2nd Day Air ship UPS, ordered on 10/3/17, not out for delivery until 10/6/17. After 2 phone calls to [protected], first speaking with MJ, who SHOULD NOT be in telephonic customer service, she told me back, "the package was out for delivery up until 8pm." I called back after 8pm, spoke with Lily, she stated delivery times up to 7pm, then she changed to 9pm and lastly telling "as a UPS customer" she has gotten deliveries as late as midnight (sure but it's not Christmas season). Lily was insisting, I call back after 9pm. I instructed Lily, that I received a package earlier today at 2pm. UPS deliveries are never this late, especially on a Friday. I spoke with Dell/ the supervisor and after holding for over an hour, I finally accepted the fact, that UPS poor customer service would not be getting my package to me in any way, shape, or form of timely, much less in two days. Dell / supervisor was great, he kept me informed during my hour plus hold and called me back after I gave up and disconnected the call. Only to tell me my 2 day air package has turned into a 5 day maybe delivery, because it was put on the wrong truck.

Why offer a service you obviously can not provide? With all your technology and apps, it's as only good as the sad UPS employee operating it, which isn't saying much. At this very moment no one has updated my delivery status as of 10pm, 10/6/2017. My package is still out for delivery. I don't need my 2 day air package on Monday, I needed it today.

I suspect that the true story is, it was Friday and someone want to get off work on time or early so the customer is just out of luck.

I am an online shopper and I work from home with no less than 3 deliveries weekly to my home. I will request FED-EX even if it cost more, one can't put a price on Great customer service of which UPS is clueless. Every opportunity I get, I will be sure to give you a bad review.

UPS ups lost my package.

I wanted to study at a Beauty school. The Beauty School asks education level and i should provide my High school Diploma. My high school diploma was in foreign language and I had to translate and evaluate. I translated my High school Diploma by office with notary and I filled application for evaluate my diplomas. I had two diplomas and one of them was elementary school to freshmen (1-9)and another one high school (10-11). In my country school education only 11 years. I had to send for evaluate my Diplomas and the ECE ( Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc.) asked to send original documents.
I sent via UPS express my 2 kind of original diplomas and their translations . I believed in that my documents would arrive and I forgot to check by online trucking number. After month I did not receive my evaluated documents with my original diplomas and I wrote the letter to ECE, Inc. The ECE office wrote me that they didn't get any documents. I immediately checked my trucking number and I saw that my package didn't arrive and lost. The UPS doesn't want to pay me for making my duplicate diplomas. It cost expensive in my country. Please help me to solve the problem.

UPS delivery

Hello,
The ups delivery driver left a very expensive large package out by the road at the end of my driveway. I live in the country where anyone could drive by and take it. I am very dissatisfied in the delivery drivers as of recently. They seem to be too lazy to do their job. My name is Laura Johnson address 1690 Park Avenue Orange City FL 32763. UPS careless employees breaking things

I purchased a pair of 125 year old priceless rare church altar angels from Canada on September 15th through ebay . The antique dealer took 5 hours building crates for each angel which were 38" tall and were well packed, packed so well that they weighed 70 lbs each. They arrivied in Natchez on September 29th, I know because I was tracking them. When I did not get them on Friday I thought I would wait until Monday to call to inquire about them and when I put the tracking number in it said DAMAGED...BOTH CRATES.
When I called the facility in Natchez and finally got a human on the phone they had no answers for me and said I should call the sender whos number I did not have so I emailed him and guess what he had not been notified either and still does not have a report oh and did I mention the person on the phone seemed un-interested. This is the third thing in a year that was WELL PACKED and destroyed by UPS. I Paid over 400.00 dollars just for the shipping and these items are NOT replaceble. I am a business owner myself and would be out of business if I ran my business this way. UPS service at a ups store

I ordered some curtain track for my childrens' theatre. It was extremely important that I get it by Thursday evening. On Wednesday the eight foot tube was brought by my home while we were all at work, so it was delivered on Thursday morning to the 1000 Johnny Dodds Blvd UPS Store.

The package is in MY name (Stan Gill). I purchased it and paid for it in MY name, with MY credit card. As it happens, my five year old takes his swimming lessons right next door to that UPS Store on Thursday afternoon at 3:30pm. On Thursday I received this email from UPS at MY email address:

Your package is now available at the UPS Access Point™ listed below. Please pick up your package by 10/12/2017.

Delivery Time: 10/05/2017, 11:42 AM

So I borrowed my wife's car (it's bigger), dropped my little boy at swimming and went next door to get the delivery. However, when I showed up at the store the girl said that they had my wife's name in their computer at that address. I showed them my ID with that address on it. I explained that it was MY package, not hers and that I needed it. They said she had to come in and get it. I asked what she had to do with this at all. That said it was her name in their computer. I pointed out that more than one person can live at an address and they were incredibly rude and thick! I also pointed out that she was unable to get it that evening, and they said "policy" -- but couldn't explain any more than that... and continued to be as uncooperative and rude as I've ever seen any service agents.

Naturally I got angry and raised my voice. I was already on my way out of the store when they asked me to leave. Forty minutes later, while taking my little boy to the car after swim class a policeman stopped me and asked me to explain what had happened. I did -- and he agreed they'd been unreasonable. He also said that they accused me of cursing at them. I NEVER curse! Anyone who knows me will tell you that. I was angry, but who wouldn't be at the treatment I received.

This mistake on the part of UPS and this store in particular, probably has cost me a job worth over $1000.

BTW... I tried to find the category for my complaint on the scroll-bar below, but there is no category for STUPIDITY, RUDE BEHAVIOR and LAZINESS. So I just picked UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.

UPS ups tractor trailer driver reckless

Leaving St. Louis last night ( oct 4, 2017) — on 72 east - came across a UPS tractor trailer driver driving reckless! I was shocked - it was at 9:31 pm mile marker 45. We watched him for 5 mikes — passed another semi — we thought he was getting off the exit - swerved back on the road ... we continued to watch him swerve — we were finally able to get passed him safely I was not able to get the #

UPS not taking us currency at a ups office.

I needed to ship a shirt. The price of $10.51 was really high, but when I laid $21 on the counter, i was told i had to use a check or a credit card. US currency is not accepted. Guess what folks, we are in the US! US money printed by the US Treasury should be accepted. I despise any electronic charging or transfer of funds given all the hacking that is going on. Not taking cash was. A poor decision!

UPS unexcused fail 2nd day delivery

I was expecting a 2nd-day delivery package from UPS. I continuously tracked my package until the day it was supposed to be delivered. I was expecting the package to be delivered by the end of the day on the delivery date, which I am assuming it will be delivered around 5p or 6p, but when I track the package at 4p there was a delivery note stating, the street number is incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address. I immediately contacted customers to verify my address and it turned out that my address was in fact correct. I told customers service to inform their delivery boy to verify that my address is correct and redeliver my package the same day, but I never heard back. I then contacted customer service the following day and they told me that my package was sent back to the original sender because the idiot driver ASSUMED, without verifying that the address was correct. My question to UPS is why would your company immediately send back a package without verifying to see if the address was, in fact, correct or at the least hold package at your nearest UPS store for the customer can walk in to pick up the package. This did not make any sense to me and I am very disappointed in your services. I believe if the driver, in fact, went out to my address he or she would have known it was the correct address. Because of a non-issue that your company created, also brought me some unnecessary problems because my package will be delayed by another week due an error in judgment on your company and driver behalf. I will no longer need your services. GO FED-EX!

UPS driver

on friday september 29, 2017 i waited until 5:55pm for our daily pick up. when the driver never arrived to pick up, i took the package to a nearby business where in knew he would be at and gave the package to the driver and watched him scan it and then i left. on monday october 2, 2017i was informed that the driver left the package at that business and that business took my package to the ups facility in billings for me.
