In July 2025 an order was placed for a hand held game and a UNO card game. Order was never received due to items being out of stock. I have called now 3 times for a refund check. I have been told each time they are awaiting on accounting to check to see if the check was cashed. It has been 4 months. I feel I am being given the run around.

Desired outcome: refund for items not received.
