Food package I ordered on 6-8-26, is still on hold I call and they say it will be delivered Aug 20 or after very rude customer service rep do you want to cancel and get money returned I said yes and then she still rude says after the cancelation 5 days to cancel another 7-10 to get refund I am filing a civil suit Rude unacceptable disrespect I am a 65-Year-old disabled Veteran female she said that doesn't matter and kept talking over me, loudly. I will be turning this over to attorney general office
