Submitted a claim 2 weeks back for stain on furniture and warranty is covered by ultrashield, company bought by ServeCo. Submitted online form with all details, receipts and pictures but got no response for 2 weeks (they claim to get back in 3 days). Called yesterday and provided my info to customer service who mentioned someone named Bright is processing my claim and will get back to me yesterday. Nothing happened so called again today and after getting my info they put me on hold for 10 min and then they disconnected the call. Any further call is going on hold.

Update: After couple of days trying to reach out to them, I got an email denying my claim as they do not cover accumulated stain! It was not an accumulated stain (they made it up) and they do not provide info while buying warranty on what they cover and what they do not. Furniture store that sold us their warranty mentioned they cover everything but there is no published record or document that details their coverage (checked their website). Do not buy Ultrashield or ServeCo furniture warranty, as they will just deny after making it extremely hard to contact them and without providing any coverage contract details. Stay away!
