Truworths review: service

I called the Brits mall store at 6:30pm on 10-01-2020 to ask what time they close I was informed they close at 7pm .I rushed off to the store to collect my online order parcel... I reached the store at 6:48 pm the doors were closed I called the store ...the lady informed me they decided to close early ...I said but I called and made arrangements and it's not yet 7am she was very rude and said we not going to on our computers for you ...
Come tomorrow...
This I'd really unacceptable behavior for a major flagship chain store...
