Truworths review: Poor manufacturing and poor shop assistant skiles.

To whom it may concern.
On Saturday the 4th of November 2023 I made my way to Truworths Parow Centre Branch.
I spoke to the store manager/store supervisor at that time, Lindsay.
I explained my concern to her about an item I bought early in this year.
The item in question is a black formal men shoe size 7 with a price tag of R699.00.
I only discovered last Sunday that the left sole is coming loose from the rest of the shoe.
I explain further that I only worn at maybe 4 or 5 occasions
I was shown to a store clerk, Moegammat who could not help in this regard.
He requested me to stand aside so that he can help other customers.
In the meantime he helped 5 customers before Lindsay returned to give attention.
The only thing she requested was a order number and left the paypoint.
Still standing there for another 5 minutes with the order number and none of them came back to me.
I left the store unsatisfied with no any help.
Please advise me how to deal with the return of this item which was poor manufacturing and both helpless employees of Truworths LTD.
