Truworths – Order o0313068742

I actually REGRET ordering from you guys. On Wednesday, I placed a birthday gift order o0313068742 on your website and was told delivery will be in 3–5 days, and today the 7th of July I get an SMS telling me that the order was cancelled because you place items on your website that you do not have which is bad advertising. I am also being taken from pillar to post for my refund, I was first told it would take 10 days and now your team leader / Manager on the contact center who was very rude is refusing to release my refund, I have been on the line for over an hour with over 3 agents and two team leaders and have received no help whatsoever.
